Warranty Policy
For any product bought directly from Hatovape or our official distributors, our warranty policy is valid for 90 days from the date of receiving.
Note: Product that is damaged through misuse, abuse, or negligence is not eligible for warranty or refund. Hatovape warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized vendors.

How to get a warranty or refund?

If there is any problems for your product within warranty date,please contact the dealer where you purchased your product, or you can also contact our after-sales service email: info@hatovape.com. 
Tips: 
Before you want to get a warranty, please make sure that you have the following:
1. Date of purchase is within the 90 days Warranty Period
2. Copy of receipt or proof of purchase
3. Picture of the Serial Number and Authenticity Code
4. Videos or pictures to show product issue explained clearly
5. Preferred shipping address and best contact number where you can be reached
Shipping fee
If your item is covered under warranty, the shipping cost of the replacement will be covered .
If your item is not covered under warranty,you will be responsible for any costs associated with a return or replacement.
